You'll be able to check into The Old Chapel Apartment any time after 3pm.

There is a keypad at the main entrance and also at the apartment door. The codes for the keypads will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure.

We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.
Parking

If you are arriving by car, there are 10 minute spaces outside the main entrance to unload.

Albion Street car park is located directly opposite the entrance. The car park is £10 per day and each new day starts at 8am. The car park is manned and is cash only but you can choose to pay on arrival or departure. You can come and go as you please during your stay and don’t have to pay again. Please speak to the person in the office there to confirm.

Alternatively, Pepper Street car park is at the end of the road but this is more expensive.
Bins

If you need to take bins out during your stay, please take them out to the bin store located out of the glass door on the ground floor.

The code to get back in from the bin store is 1966#.

Please note that there is no lift at the property and the apartment is located on the second floor. Please be aware that there are also low fitted windows inside the property.

The second bedroom is on a mezzanine level and contains a single bed with an additional bed which pulls out from underneath. The bedding for the pull out bed will also be available for you and is stored in the cupboard in the utility.

One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
