Check In

  • You'll be able to check into City Apartment any time after 3pm. There is a keypad for entry at the main door of the apartment block. Further instructions and the code for this will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back where you got them from.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • Parking on the street is restricted and is £1 per hour. You could park up here to unload.

  • There are a number of car parks on City Road such as Chester Train Station East car park and the Town Crier car park where you can park for the duration of your stay.

Bins

  • If you need to take bins out during your stay, please turn right out of the apartment door and make your way down the stairs and out into the courtyard.

  • The bin store is in the far right hand corner behind the gate. The code to get back into the building from the courtyard C9362X.

  • There are two single foldaway beds which can be provided upon request, in addition to the 1 double bed in the property. Please let us know if you require one or both of these as soon as possible.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
