Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Cornwall House any time after 3pm by using our secure key safe at the front door. The code for the key safe will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • The parking on the street outside the house is for permit holders only, except for between 9pm-8am.

​

  • There is however Brook Street Car Park just a couple of minutes walk away (at the end of the road) where you can leave your car for the duration of your stay and pay on your return. This costs around £6 per 24hrs.

Bins

  • If you need to take bins out during your stay, please only put them in black bin bags inside the black dustbin located in the courtyard.

​

  • The cleaners will access the courtyard from the back gate on bin day to put the bins out.

  • Please note the stairs are quite steep so take care when using them.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
