Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Cromwell House any time after 3pm. They key safe is located around to the side of the building, near the parking space and is marked with an 'X'! The code for the key safe will be sent in a message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • There is an allocated parking space located to the left of the building, if you are facing it. Please only use space number 9 which is marked with a Hygge Homes parking plaque. You can access the space by turning left off the ring road immediately before the property onto Bedward Row.

  • Please note that these spaces are monitored by Park Watch to ensure that only our guests park there. You will need to retrieve the parking permit from the kitchen table and display it in your car. Please ensure that the permit is returned to the house before check out (note the charges in our Ts and Cs for lost permits).

  • If you have more than one car, there are a number of car parks near by: Linen Hall car park, CH1 2LP and Watergate Street car park, CH1 4JH, are both around £6.50 for 24 hours. There are also sometimes spaces on Bedward Row itself, but these are limited.

Bins

  • If you need to take bins out during your stay, please only put them in the yellow commercial B&M Waste bin located to the side of the rear patio and can be accessed by turning left out of the front door and walking around to the back of the house.

  • PLEASE do not put bins by the car parking spaces - the bin is on the other side of the building!

  • If you are using the sofa bed during your stay, you will need to take the sofa cushions off and pull out the bed and mattress. The linen for the sofa bed is is in the chest next to it.

  • Any other information and recommendations can be found in our Welcome Book in the property.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
