Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Fisherman's Cottage any time after 3pm. The key safe is located around to the side of the house on the wall where the parking space is.

  • The code for this will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • Number 29 is located on the left towards the bottom of Greenway Street where the cobbles are.

  • There is a parking space for one car to the right of the property on the drive (ironically where the 'no parking' sign is which is to deter others!)

  •  If you have a second car you can park it directly opposite the house on the cobbled slope which is unrestricted, as long as you aren't blocking access.

  • Please do not park on the driveway to the right of this one as this belongs to the neighbour.

Bins

  • Please ensure that any rubbish is in bin bags in the wheelie bin and recycling boxes located in the courtyard outside the back gate (code to the gate lock is 2000).

  • The green box is for paper/glass and the grey box is for aluminium/plastic.

  • The cleaners will access the courtyard from the back gate to put the bins out on bin day.

  • The house is located within a 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. You can walk through the park which runs alongside the river, opposite the house. Once you get to the other side of the park, turn left across the bridge and up until you reach the Chester Cross, marking the very centre of the city.

  • Logs/kindling/supplies for the log burner can be purchased at the Asda garage just down the road.

  • Any other information and recommendations can be found in our Welcome Book in the property.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
