Check In

  • When you turn onto the estate from the main road take the first turning on your right. Follow the road right around to the back of the estate until you see a sign for 'Lockwood View' ahead of you. Turn right here and you will see a black sign on a wall straight ahead with 39 Upton Grange on it (amongst other house numbers). Pull in here and you will find the driveway straight ahead of you alongside a wall and gate with '39' on it, to the left. 

  • You will have arrived at the rear of the property. You can enter via the gate and access the house through the back door using the key safe next to it. To use the key pad at the gate, please hold your palm over the keypad so that it lights up. Then type the code and turn the knob at the same time as opening the latch below.

 

  • The code for both the gate and the key safe will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • If you are arriving by car, please park on the drive in front of the left-hand garage. 

  • There is parking available for up to three cars at the property. The first two cars can go next to each other in front of the garage, but the third car must go behind the car alongside the wall to ensure you are not blocking next door's driveway.

  • If you have a 4th car, this can be parked in the close but please be respectful to our neighbours and do not block any access.

Bins

  • Please ensure that any rubbish is in bin bags in the wheelie bin and recycling bins located in the garden.

  • The green bin is for paper/glass and the grey bin is for aluminium/plastic.

  • The cleaners will access the garden from the back gate to put the bins out on bin day.

  • There are two zip-and-link super king beds at the property. If you need either of these to be split for your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • If you use the outdoor furniture, please cover them again afterwards to protect them. There is one cover for the table, and another for the chairs stacked.

  • The blinds in the top bedroom can be pulled down to close. To open, push the metal part towards the window which will release the blind.

  • There is a larger, additional freezer in the garage which you can use.

  • Any other information and recommendations can be found in our Welcome Book in the property.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
