By letting your property to us, we will guarantee long term rental income, without the voids. Not only that but we will keep your property in show-home condition, with regular professional cleans. 

 

As Serviced Accommodation providers, we want our properties to look perfect for arriving guests, so you can rest easy knowing it is being well looked after. We will even undertake light refurbishment work where necessary and with your permission, adding value to your property.

 

Under our Scheme, we will do the hard work so that you can enjoy hands-off property investment - so no more dealing with end of tenancies, voids, estate agency fees and eviction notices…
