Check In

​

  • Please ensure you use the Google maps location here rather than the postcode. The postcode will take you quite far down the other end of the road!

​

  • When you arrive you will find a white house with a driveway curving around to the left. The single story extension on the left side of the building is Leaholme Lodge.

 

  • The entrance door is on the left of the building. The key safe is on the adjacent fence, next to the parking sign. The code to the key safe will be sent the day before arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • Whilst the owners live next door, we manage the property for them. We request that if you require anything during your stay, please contact us and we will provide assistance. Rest assured, the owners will give you plenty of space and privacy - you will have your own private parking space, entrance and courtyard :)

Parking

  • There is an allocated parking space next to the front door which is marked with a sign on the fence. Please park directly in front of the sign to leave space to the left for another car.

  • If you have a second car, please let us know and we will arrange a second space with the owners.

Bins

  • Please ensure that any rubbish is in bin bags.

​

  • There are labelled recycling and domestic waste bins opposite the property door on the driveway for your use.

  • A travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Please let us know if you require these.

  • Jacuzzi:

 - The jacuzzi has been cleaned and filled with clean water for your stay.

 - Please ensure you turn off the lights and jets and close the cover when not in use.

 - No glass is to be used in the jacuzzi. There are steel wine glasses which can be used instead.

- Please ensure you are safe to use the jacuzzi. Use of the jacuzzi is at your own risk.

- Note that the owners may enter the courtyard when you are out to check the chemical levels of the hot tub, but will not disturb your stay.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
