Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Lightfoot House any time after 3pm. The key safe is located
    next to the back door, through the gate from the car park with '78' on it.

​

  • The code for the key safe will be sent in a message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • Depending on which direction you come from, you can turn left/right into a small car park located behind the house. Please only use one space to the far left of the car park next to the trees, so that there is enough space for other residents.

​

  • If you do have a second car, you can park alongside the back fence next to the step, not taking up an official space.

​

  • The back gate is in the middle of the car park on the left and is marked with ‘78' You can let yourself in here and access the key safe at the back door.

Bins

  • Please ensure that any rubbish is in bin bags in the wheelie bin located in the courtyard, or securely in the recycling boxes. The green box is for paper/glass and the grey box is for aluminium/plastic.

  • The cleaners will access the courtyard from the back gate on bin day to put the bins out.
