Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Northgate Apartment any time after 3pm. There is a key safe at the main door. The main door is between Jax Bar and a record shop and has '100' above the door.

​

  • The code for the key safe will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

​

  • Once you have retrieved your keys and entered through the main door, please make your way up the stairs to Flat 1 on the first floor. Please note that these stairs are quite steep and there is not a lift.
     

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • Due to the central location, there is unfortunately no parking on site but there are a number of car parks near by.

​

  • Unloading is permitted outside the property, but please keep your hazard lights on.

​

  • We would recommend Linen Hall car park, CH1 2LP and Watergate Street car park, CH1 4JH which both around £6.50 for 24 hours.

​

  • Alternatively, the New Market Car Park is a little closer but more expensive.

Bins

  • Bins are only collected from the road side once a week.

​

  • If you are staying on a Wednesday night, please ensure any bin bags are out on Wednesday evening ready for collection early on Thursday morning.

Other Information

  • ​​​​Please be reminded per our online listings that the property is located next door to a bar which is licensed to play music until 11pm. 

​

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
