Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Riverside Apartment from 3pm. The owner of the property (Howard) lives downstairs and so will make contact with you the day before arrival to arrange check in with you.

​

  • PLEASE NOTE - due to this arrangement, we cannot accept check ins after 7pm. If you are unable to check in before 7pm please cancel your booking.

​

  • In case of an emergency, Howard’s phone number is 07711168010.

Parking & Access
 

  • Upon arrival when you reach the very bottom of Greenway Street, please turn up the cobbled slope running adjacent and park anywhere here. Please note that due to limited spaces, there is only parking available here for one car.

​

  • If you have more than one car you will need to park this on another unrestricted street in Handbridge, or in a car park (closest is the Little Roodee car park just across the river in town - CH1 1SL).

​

  • Halfway up the cobbled slope is a covered entrance to 'Edgar Place'. Please follow this entrance up the stairs. You will reach 12 Edgar Place (Riverside Apartment) at the top of the stairs.

​

  • Howard’s property is signposted (15 Edgar Place) and can be reached by following the path around to the left. Please call Howard upon arrival so that he can come and meet you.

​

  • Please note that you do have access to the gated outdoor seating area in the photos and this is located on the path towards Howard’s property.

​

Bins

  • If you need to take bins out during your stay, please only put them in the bins located outside the front door.
