Furnishing Your Serviced Accommodation Property

Our Set Up Packages

Furnishing

We will order and arrange everything you need to make your property guest-ready. From furniture to a fully equipped kitchen, from carbon monoxide detectors and fire blankets to extension leads and bulbs - we really have thought of everything!

Online Accounts

We will set up your property accross various online Travel Agents and on our own website. We will integrate your property with our channel manager so that everything is ready to recieve bookings.

Photography

We can arrange photography with our professional photographer to ensure your property is appealing to guests browsing online.

Everything Else

We will provide you with a list so that you are clear exactly what we will be doing, and what you will need to do. We will take care of most things but there are some things you will need to sort out such as setting up your utility accounts.

Quick Turnaround

We can arrange all of this with just a few weeks notice. Once we have a date booked in for furnishing the property, we will make sure the property is cleaned, photographed and online within days!
