• ​​There are 3 allocated parking spaces at the property which can be reserved for £10 per day. The spaces are secure and have access directly into the building. Parking spaces are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis. They can only be used after 3pm check in and must be vacated by 10am check out.

• Please be aware that whilst they are a standard size parking space, there are metal poles at each side of the space.

• If we do not have parking availability for your stay, we recommend the Little Roo Dee car park (CH1 1SL) which is a very easy few minutes walk along the river from the property.

​

• If you have reserved a parking space with us, you will need to first retrieve the keys to the car park. All 3 required access codes will be sent to you the day before arrival. Upon arrival, please follow instructions below:-

1. Park up in a 30 minute space outside the main entrance to Domus House on Lower Bridge Street next to the Bear and Billet pub.  ​

2. Enter the code for the main entrance and push the door hard when the buzzer sounds. Immediately on your right inside the door is a key safe labelled '1'. Use the provided code to retrieve your fob to the car park and keys for building access from the car park.

3. The car park is located round the side of the building on Castle Drive. Drive downhill toward the river and turn right immediately under the City Walls, then turn first right again (DO NOT GO DOWN RAMP).

4. Open the black iron gates using the left button on the key fob. Note that you will require the fob to exit and re-enter the car park during your stay.

5. Drive to the end of the car parking area and park in any of the available spaces numbered 2, 3 or 4. There are bollards labelled 'Deva Leisure' at the front of our allocated bays. ​

6. Use key on the fob to open the back fire exit door to gain entry into Domus House. Turn left and proceed to the first floor where you will find Studio 1 (Shipgate). Use the key safe at the studio door to retrieve the keys for the studio itself. ​

7. When leaving please return the studio key to the safe at the studio door, and car park remote to the key safe in the lobby once you've left the car park. To lock this safe PLEASE PRESS 'C' TO CLEAR first followed by the number. Please do not force the safe shut as it is breaking the car fobs. There is a charge of £25 for any parking fobs not returned or broken. ​​​
