Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Tarvin House any time after 3pm by using our secure key safe. The key safe is located at the back door where the car park is.

​

  • The code for the key safe will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival. Please return the keys to the safe when checking out and ensure that it is secure.

​

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • There is parking located to the rear of the property in a car park shared with neighbours.

​

  • There is a right turning into the car park off the one way system, just before you reach the house. Please only park in the space directly behind the house in the corner. If you have a second car please park closer to the entrance away from the other houses.

 

  • Please note that the key safe is located at the back door, off the car park (the last house in the row, in the corner).

​

  • There is also plenty of free on street parking on the surrounding roads. Alternatively, the train station is a 5 minute taxi ride or a 15 minute walk to the house.

Bins

  • If you need to take bins out during your stay, please only put them in the bins/recycling boxes and black wheelie bin marked with '24' located in the car park (the green box is for paper/glass and the grey box is for plastic/aluminium).

  • The cleaners will put the bins out on bin day.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
