Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Waters Edge any time after 3pm by using our secure key safe.

​

  • The code for the key safe will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

​

  • The address of the property will bring you to the main gate. To the right of the main gate are the patio doors of the property. The key safe is located to the left of these doors.

​

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and leave the car park fob on the coffee table. Please ensure that the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • In front of the patio doors on the gravel is an unofficial second parking space which you can use for the duration of your stay. You are welcome to park up here and let yourself in through the patio doors using the key in the safe.

  • ​Alternatively to park in the car park you can retrieve the patio door key from the safe and let yourselves in to get the fob for the main gate. This will be located on the coffee table. Please note the charges in our Ts and Cs for lost fob).

​

  • If you want to park in the car park, the official parking space for the property is number 4. Please only use this space, and the space on the gravel outside the patio doors.

​​

Bins

  • If you need to put bins out during your stay, there are communal bins located within the car park.

​

  • Please ensure you only put rubbish in the bins in black bin liners.

  • Please note that the house is located close to the canal side. There is no real barrier onto the water so take care when using the outside seating. Children must be supervised at all times.

​

  • Any other information and recommendations can be found in our Welcome Book in the property.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
