Check In

  • You'll be able to check into Weaver House any time after 3pm. There is a key safe at the front door. The code for this will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • Given the very central location of the property, there is no parking at the property. Please do not use next door's driveway under any circumstances!

  • There are 30 minute parking spaces on the roads by the house which you can use for unloading. There are also many car parks located close to the property. The best value car park is Watergate Street car park on New Crane Street CH1 4JH. It is a 5 minute walk from the house and costs around £6.50 per 24h. You can leave your car there for the duration of your stay and pay on departure.

  • Alternatively, the train station is a 5 minute taxi ride or a 18 minute walk to the house.

  • If arriving by car, you may not be able to find the property using its postcode given it is new. Instead please use the Google Maps link attached to the address at the top of this page.

  • Alternatively, the postcode for Weaver Street is CH1 2BQ. You will pass the back of a Kwik Fit on your left and as you follow the road around to the right you will pass a student accommodation building on your right hand side. Weaver House is the first house in the row of houses after the student accommodation building (No.1).

Bins

  • We would be grateful if you would put any rubbish during your stay into the yellow B&M Waste bin ONLY in they alleyway behind the back gate.

  • These bins are sorted for recycling so everything can go in together. The bins are taken weekly by the company so there is no need to put the bins out to the roadside during your stay.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
