Check In

  • You'll be able to check into William House any time after 3pm. There is a key safe at the front door. The code for this will be sent in a separate message the day before your arrival.

 

  • Upon departure, please make sure the house is secure and the keys are put back in the safe and the code scrambled.

 

  • We politely request that you leave the property clean and tidy.

Parking

  • There is unrestricted on-street parking on the road. The roads can get busy but there should be parking on this road or the roads around.

​

  • Alternatively, if you would prefer to park in a car park, the nearest 24hr car park is a pay and display called Bishop Street Car Park (CH2 3BB) and costs £1 per 4 hours.

Bins

  • Please ensure that any rubbish is bagged up in bin bags put into the dustbin provided in the courtyard.

​

  • The cleaners will access the courtyard from the back gate on bin day to put the bins out.

  • One important thing that we do ask, is that you respect our neighbours by not being noisy during the evenings/nights given that all of our properties are located in residential areas.
